Mona’s talent is that she understands what goes on in the minds and hearts of creatives and entrepreneurs. Human resources, talent management and communications make up the core of her professional choices – a welcomed touch in fields ranging from financial to tech to public affairs to entertainment.
In January 2016, Mona’s previous employer – communications agency Prime – suggested she start a recruitment business, as they noticed she had a knack for enhancing people’s work and self-esteem. This was the fifth time in three years that the idea was brought up by fellow colleagues and contacts. It was time for Mona to herself enhance her key talent – coaching other people to dare begin grasp their true potential.
Another thing to talk about with Mona is that she was headhunted as a paintball player during her studies in the United States, leading to a five-year pro career and Mona founding the country’s first all-female team, which is still active today. Perhaps that is why she knows that a fierce team is what you need to be able to hit that next accomplishment target.
